Excel Progress Bar Showing Progress of Month

Hi there,

Is it possible to create a dynamic progress bar that on the 1st day of the month is at 0% and 15th day of the month 50% and 30th and beyond day of the month at 100%?

I feel like this is possible but requires some lateral thinking to make it actually happen.

Greatly appreciate any help!
