Programs lost from list in Add/Remove Programs

In trying to sort out a long standing problem with McAfee
Parental controls I have tried to removei and then re-
install (Many times!) On the latest attempt, there are
only 5 programs listed in Add / Remove when there should
be alot more. Where have they gone - how do I get them
back? I have tried system restore but it had no effect.

Same answer, Tim.

This has to do with a negative number being used for the icon of the last
listed program.

If per chance it is AutoCad, run the edit on line 226 (right hand side):
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

If not, navigate to this key and remove the last listed program and the one
in question per your initial mention. Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Unfortunately I don't quite follow the instructions.

The last lasted programme is indeed Autocad, but how do I
ru the edit etc?

I tried the Kellys Korner but couldn't seem to find it.
