Programmer need to complete project

I am new to this form stuff, so this may not be in the correct place.

I need to find a programmer who can complete the programming on a project
that I am trying to get finished. I have two partials (one in Java, one in
CPP). I prefer working in the Los Angeles area, but not a requirement. The
program must communicate between running applications and the mouse/keyboard
(similar to a macro player). Knowledge of web interface is a big plus.

If you really serious go to one of many Open source code forums or websites
and you can hire someone there like for example but not limited to
sourceforg.org.
Do a search for Hire a programmer and you will get Millions all over and you
can pick up the nearest to your area.
