program uninstall

I installed Quickbooks on my computer thinking I could track my checking
information but I was wrong. When I went to control panel to uninstall the
program it did not list it in the program list. Why is that? It's in the
start menu. How do I uninstall it if I can't see it?

I also booted into safe mode for the heck of it and the program doesn't show
up there either.

I solved the problem by going to start/programs and uninstalling the program
from there.
