Profile Generation Utility has encountered a problem

I have encountered a problem within our network ...using newprof.exe to add
profile settings to outlook when a user logs on
the process is quiet simple as we use a logon script to call kixstart that
then calls an outlook.kix script and in that script is our server home name
user name mapi support pop3 addressbook redirection and it also points to
the outlook.prf file to be generated in the users home drive ie \\user\g:\
with office 2000 it works fine but using office 2002 or office 2003 we
get the error
message."MS Outlook Profile Generation Utility has encountered a
problem.soory we need to close this application."

Newprof is not supported in Outlook 2002 or 2003. Instead, you can run the
..prf file directly or using the other methods detailed in the Office
Resource Kit.
