Producer Presentations Blurred when Published

Hi All,
I'm looking for some general help with Producer.
I've managed to create presentations capturing video and audio from the
screen.
When I preview in Producer the video is fine, however when I publish the
presentation and view it by clicking the htm file my video comes out blurry,
especially in the Office programs that I was demonstrating.

I have half a gig of memory in my laptop.

Thanks,

Dave

What profile/template are you using to publish?

Producer re-renders the video on publishing -- your profile and template
used would have to accommodate original video codecs/compression/dimensions
etc.(I don't think any of the supplied profiles would work - depending on
your screen size in the capture it may be that no supplied template will
work either).

I have heard that it is possible to copy the original video to the
published directory overwriting the rendered video(using the appropriate
name) so that the re-rendered video is not a issue -- but this assumes that
no editing of the video was done in Producer.

Thanks for the response Brian.

I was using the standard video template for my presentation with Media
Player 7 Codecs. The weird thing is that when I open the wmv file separately
it plays just fine in Media Player, just not when the browser is playing the
entire presentation.

Thanks,

Dave

That would indicate to me that the video window display size in the
template does not match the size of the video. What size video/video window
are you using?

I seem to recall some problem that discussed something similar - where the
problem was that the video and video window differed by a pixel or 2
causing a distortion to happen. I will see if I can find the reference for
you.

I think is what I was thinking of -- nothing to do with sizes of video
display at all -- but it may give you a direction to look into.
