Producer Audio files not playing

Powerpoint 2003
I have imported the PPT, and can hear the audio, but when I publish the
producer files, and open the web page, the audio cannot be heard.

This is from a production on the local hard disk? Or from a web server?

Do you have a web facing example that exhibits this phenomenon?
