Process still exist after I have close IE

Just wondering is there anyone know to fix this problem
as follows:

When I check through the Task Manager, I saw multiple IE
processes are running altgough I have closed all IE
applications. I thought the process should be deleted
after I close the IE, is this correct?

Reason to look for fix/patch is because multiple IE
processes take up memory and also sometimes the IE will
hang.

Any idea? Pls help. Thanks.

Are you sure it is IE? There usually are multiple process of "explorer", but
not "iexplorer". Those are two different things.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
