Probs getting Admin files transfered

Please bear with me....Running AMD XP2800 512MB 3200 256 MB AGP. blah blah.
so here is what is up. Came installed with XP Home on an 80 Gig SATA HD.
One day HD won't load. Corupt sys.ini or something. Says to boot from XP
PEM and repair. I tried several times with no avail. It kept telling me
that there were no hard drives attached. Although POST showed S01 as the
ATA drive. After buying a new 120 Gig SATA drive, I learned that a boot
disk should have been made from my MotherB CD in order for windoze to
recognize SATA drives. Unfortunately I had already reinstalled XP on the 80
GIG beforwe getting a chance to try and repair it. With that said and done
Here is what I need help doing. When I boot to the 120 GIG HD, I can view
the 80 Gig in "My Computer". The only folder I cannot access is the one ith
3/4 of the information I need. I can't access the User Documents of the 80
Gig HD. I want to keep my OS (that is already installed) on the 120 GIG and
transfer everything that is on the 80 Gig HD. Does any one have any
suggestions as to how I can gain access to this folder?? TIA

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing.
