Hi, Im having real problems. We got the XP not genuine message and we didnt
know it wasnt. We decided to purchase the upgrade and this was on its way to
us at our outlook express mail account.
The problem is that for the last two days I cannot access the internet or
outlook express or anything. I have phoned my isp and they say its a windows
issue. I cannot get on the internet to check anything out (using a neighbours
pc for this).
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get anything to work? I cant get into
my mail to make the copy a genuine one but it appears windows has done
something to remove my access. I have tried system restore but for every date
I have tried it says it cannot restore from the point on that date.
