Problems with Pop ups

I'mm having problems getting pop up windows to work since
installing the latest version of Spyware. The popup
blocked on IE etc are all off but wehn I run one
particulare website, the popup windows refuse to run.
However, on any other site they work fine which suggests
to me the script to run the popup is being blocked for
this one site. Can anybody help?!!

Microsoft AntiSpyware is not intended to be a pop-up
blocker. You might need to configure your browser to
allow or disallow popups on a per-site basis.
