Problems with pop up windows

Hi,

The pop up windows of my browser stopped working for some reason. When there
is a link that opens a realplayer or the media player, the window does not
pop up. How can I find out what the problem is?

Hi,

You can try to run "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" without quotation marks.

If this does not work, we can try to reinstall the Windows Media Player and
see whether this works.

You also can reinstall the Internet Explorer 6 SP1 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
