Problems with Assigned Tasks not updating

When an assignee completes a task, an email is coming back to the
assignor, however the task is not updating to complete on the
assignors task list.

This also happens if you use <Ctrl>+Q to 'read' the returning e-mail, rather
actually opening the email to read it
