I am running Windows XP Home Edition which upgraded from
Windows 98B. A lot of the software I try to load comes
up with a screen 16 Bit Subsystem. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\CONFIG.NET. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications. What does not
make sense is that my other computer runs Windows XP Home
Edition and the same software loads without any
problems. What is wrong?
