Problems after automatic update

The other day Vista did an auto update.....after the update everything is now
smaller....my wallpaper no longer fills the entire screen, it has a black
border around it.....all my typing and other items are smaller also...I have
checked in the control panel and did not find any way to change it, I check'd
microsoft's support site and it does mention desktop problems after updating,
but when I downloaded the fix, it said it was not applicable to my
system...It is not just the desktop, as I said not everything appears
smaller, like the DPI or font changed, but that is not the problem...I tried
changing them......

I would uninstall the updates and wait till SP1 is released via Windows
Update hopefully by this weekend!!!

Check your display resolution and refresh rate. Check your monitor menu for
resizing the display. Check system restore.
