PROBLEM!

When installing Vista, I get an error and then the install cancels. "An
error occured while copying Setup files onto your local machine. Error code
is [80070241]. I'm using Daemon Tools to install Vista. Thanks.

Use Nero MD5 Verifier to do a CRC Check on the ISO. Try burning it to a DVD
at a low speed and try setup again.

Oh, and I started off burning it to a DVD and the drive wouldn't even read
it when it was done burning.

Use Nero MD5 Verifier to do a CRC Check on the ISO. Try burning it to a
DVD at a low speed and try setup again.

Might I add that I was glad that I came up to my grandma's because I
discovered her Athlon XP 2800+ was idling at 79.5 C! (Just think what it
would be under full load.) I'm surprised they haven't run into any problems
with the computer such as crashing. The heatsink had loads of dust on it.
(Actually, the whole computer did.) After dusting it out, it now idles in
the upper 50's to right around 60. Still a little warmer than I would like,
but it's got the stock cooling and the computer's in a small space.

Has anyone actually gotten this thing installed? If so how avout posting a
step by step on how you did it? The rest of us could learn from it.

oh get over it. i had to download it at least 4 times before i got the iso
image to work right. life sucks!
