Problem with XP client on a domain

Dear All

I have two clients now on a SBS Domain whereby they are incredibly slow
with file opening on the server, even reading directories too.

Last week it was just one and now another client, since this morning has the
same problem.

I notice when the client machine re-boots that a DOS CMD window comes up for
about 30 seconds and it contains the following string:-

NAMEOFSERVER//clients/setup.exe /s NAMEOFSERVER

It¹s after this runs that everything starts to come to a grinding halt.

Does anyone know what this is all about or know a fix or has come across it
before?

Can you please advise as it is driving us all crazy trying to carry out work
on these machines......

Cheers in advance
