Problem with tool bar/display

I've had a problem the last several days with the
display. The tool bar at the bottom is too far down and
only partially visible. And, when I'm using Word or
other programs, the top tool bar is also only partially
visible. How can I get the screen back to be totally
within the screen of my monitor? I'd appreciate an email
response, if possible. (I checked for the sasser worm,
not found and have updated my version of XP. thanks,

Try adjusting your screen size with the buttons on your monitor. No free
email support, sorry. This is a newsgroup.
