Problem with "Task Manager"...

I've noticed, just recently, that when I open the task manager by typing
<Ctrl, Alt, Del> the task manager window that appears is missing the top
portion of the frame which normally shows the tabs for processes, tasks, etc.
Bizzare that this has suddenly gone awry. Anyone with ideas, suggestions,
fixes? Any and all information will be appreciated.

Double click on the frame of that window.

Sure enough...you were right. Boy, do I feel foolish... I never knew this
