Problem With Task Manager

Recently, everytime i open task manager using ctrl+alt+delete, none of the
tabs on the top show up. It's stuck under the application tab and there is no
way for me to switch between the differnt tabs. Even to close task manager i
have to find it by the date thing on bottom, right click and select close.
Can anyone help me on how to get my tab's back ?

Double click the border of Task Manager to restore the full view.
