Problem with System Explorer

I installed MS Antispyware on 4 computers and only one
computer displays the System Explorer Settings on the
left side of the screen.
The other computers displayed nothing. I tried to
uninstalled,deleted the MS antispyware folders, even
deleted the registry entries, but still when I re-
installed again. I was still having the same problem.
Can anybody help with this.

don`t feel bad, i have mcrosoftantispyware on one pc and
system explorer shows nothing. i just uninstalled and
redownloaded and it still won`t display.
