Problem with router adsl amd messenger 6.1

I have a problem with messenger 6,1, I do not succeed to communicate
in audio, I have router ADSL and supports the H383 but although
this the audio is in and aut it does not go must be set up the router
in which way? P.S. before I had a normal modem ADSL and all it worked
well.

Messenger doesn't use H.323 (I assume what you were referring to). Messenger requires the
router to support Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). Without it, there's very few scenarios
where it will work. Depending on what router it is, there may be a firmware update to allow
it to support UPnP -- what router is it?

Perhaps today strangely it worked, I have changed configuration NAT in
NAPT, before was in "dynamic NAPT" like was set up of default, was only
that one, I hope it.
