problem with right click button and "send to" functionnality

One customer runs a server with Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Terminal
Services and Outlook 2003 installed. On this server, the right-click / Send
To
/ Mail Recipient does nothing ....
- Mailto: links are ok.
- I tried to unregister and register sendmail.dll. No change.
- Drag and drop over outlook is OK
- Outlook /a "name of the file" functionnality is ok
- HKCR/.MAPIMail key seems to be OK

Please help me to resolve that issue.

Have you recently updated Outlook at all ?

I know when we have upgraded in the past it has left old "Mail recipient"
icons in the send to.

If no, then I guess try to re-install ?

Yes, we made updates, exchange 2003 SP1, office 2003 SP1, some are saying
that Exchange 2003 should not be installed on the same machine with outlook
2003. We have just installed this config and this small company has already
started to use it in production. Everything works fine except this small
details.

Everything with mapi seems not to work.
Acrobat Reader - button "Send email" doesnt work
Internet Exploter - menu "File-Send this page by email" doesnt work
but mailto: is ok.
