Problem with my mouse

After i install a network card and reset my bios to default.
my mouse will only be detected after i restart my PC or
i disable the quick boot.
is it something wrong with my Bios setting?

I have this problem before (a year ago). but i can't remember
how it fixed.

Is your mouse PS2? If so check in the bios to make sure the PS2 setting is
right.

Yes, it is the PS/2 and i already set it auto detect in the Bios.
but still didnt' work. I'm sure nothing wrong with the MB and mouse.
either the Bios or the Network Card's IRQ?
