Problem with msxml3.dll

Hi, since a few days, when I try to connect to WLM appears an error code:
0x800401f3, searching in Microsoft KB and Internet, I found that this error
is generated by msxml3.dll. When I try re-register it appears a new error
message and last, I´d download msxml3.msi to re-install and again, an error
message.

Any suggestion?

register msxml3.dll ?

Using Windows Explorer, navigate to WINDOWS\system32
Locate msxml3.dll
*Right* click it and choose Properties
Click the Version tab

Please post back with the Version and error message generated by the
attempt to register msxml3.dll AND the attempt to reinstall MSXML 3.
Also, *which Version of Internet Explorer* and whether SP3 was applied.
