problem with installing

I just bouth a multi epson stylus CX6400. I follow all
the direction that come with it. and then this message
keep coming up The system file is not suitable for
running MS-DOS and microsoft Window application but I
know it is suitable. please help!!!!!!!!!

Try the latest drivers from the Epson website and ensure you ave logged on
as an Administrator or User with Admin Rights.
