Printer uninstallation problems

I have an Epson Stylus C42 Plus and i cannot uninstall it. I have tried
add/remove and also the software disk but to no joy. I keep receiving a
message saying C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS.

Can someone help me to delete the printer and all its drivers please.

hello i have tried all that i was asked to do on the microsoft website but to
no avail, is there any way for me to locate the file and re-install it please?

Do you mean you have no CD or means of recovery for WindowsXP?
