problem with install scanner Xerox DocuImage 620S

hay everybody,
I have problem with installing scanner Xerox DocuImage 620S. Scanner is connected with SCSI card on PCI, and bios shows it.

Problem has few faces:
1) In Hardware Manager, Windows shows yellow exclamations (8 times) with Xerox DocuImage 620S, but the scanner is ok, I can scan documents, but ...
2) Automatic feeder isn't working. I don't know what can I do.

I have installed PixView (with installed drivers from disks attached to scanner - scanner don't work).

I will be grateful for any help,

EDIT: I forgot - I have WinXP with installed SP3
