Problem with e-mail

I use Outlook Express to manage my e-mails. Whenever I send an e-mail with a
picture attached the receiver usually gets it 30-40 times!!!!
I want to uninstall Outlook and re-install to correct this. Any suggestions
on how to do this?
Or any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Not sure why you want to uninstall Outlook in order to correct a problem
with Outlook Express...? If your problem is related to Outlook Express,
then please post your question in an Outlook Express group such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general -or-
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
