problem with cluster

help!!! i am having problems with my windows 2000 advanced server cluster
setup. i have 2 domain servers running windows 2000 advanced server and a
storage server. i noticed that all the shared resources supposedly can only
be found in the 3rd server (storage) appears also at the same time in one of
the 2 domain servers (whichever takes control of the cluster) and the shared
resources in my 3rd server (storage) disconnects from time to time and
transfers the connectivity to one of the 2 domain servers. is this a normal
thing? or my cluster setup is really messed up??? what should i do to keep
all the shared resources in one place???

You should probably start by reviewing the following article and then start
over with your cluster configuration:

You should avoid clustering domain controllers if at all possible. If you
