Problem when trying to instal

I get the error message: Setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer"

Cryptographic service was runing; I re-started it, to be sure, but still got
the same error message

I'm not a computer buff, but can anyone help?
