Problem when Publishing using Frontpage Server Extensions

Hi

I have recently set up a new hosted web site using the Frontpage Server
extensions.

When I publish to the site from Frontpage 2003 and the server extensions
publish option, the Frontpage Theme I selected for the site does not appear
on the server, but it works fine on the local PC.

Any suggestions on what I need to do to make the Theme work?

Recalculate hyperlinks on both Web sites, then try
publishing again.

If that doesn't do it, try the suggetesions at:
