My email address is (e-mail address removed)
I am having a problem using POP3 and SMTP set up.
Some times I need to use a website email t respond but getting too may error
messages
and unable to remove those as well.
I prefer using my regular email (e-mail address removed) I am familiar with but
cannot with a
website response email.
What can I do?

By "regular email" do you mean webmail (using Internet Explorer)?
(For those who don't know, 'regular' email used the POP protocol
long before there was a web or even an Internet.)

If so, you can use webmail even with MailTo links on a web page,
simply by copying and pasting the email address (don't click on it).

If you'd rather get all your email handled by Windows Mail, then
we would need to see the error message you get.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

You can't have a microsoft.com account unless you are employed by
Microsoft, so it is not clear what you mean by that. Email addresses
must be obtained from a mail provider, you can't just make one up.

I see you posted with a Yahoo email address. Is that your only email
address? US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no
POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/overview-01.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
If you need more help with any of these solutions, just ask.

The OP has the microsoft.com address. The "hijacker" doesn't.
