Problem running DC promo

I am trying to add a new domain controller to the domain,
and each time I go to finish DC promo I get a message
stating that I do not have permissions to modify the
machine account. Can't find any knowledge base articles
specifically dealing with this problem.

I am using the domain administrator account to run
DCpromo, and all the permissions should be good. Anyone
have any ideas? An administrator in a different site DID
move the admin account and some groups to a different site
container. I put them back into thier original containers
but that did not help. Currently grasping at
straws...need a fresh viewpoint. Your assistance will be
appreciated!
