i have a problem to add a new DC in my domain.
My domain has only one DC Win2kSP4 which also is the Exchange Server for my
Organization.
the error message "replictaion not completed due to an error and will be
completed after restart."
when i am restarting the new DC ,i can't replicate with the old one .and i
can't add a new account on it .

Monica, On your current Domain Controller, Install Windows Server Support
Tools (You can find them at your Windows Server CD) Run the command line
based tools dcdiag and netdiag. Please post back the result. This tool will
dump some information and can help us to found the problem.
