PROBLEM IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I used to know the answer to this but have forgotten
am using windows xp
when i am doing my emails in outlook express when the mouse pointer
hovers over an email a yellow box showing the whole header appears
how can i stop this as it is very anoying

That's because the From and Subject lines have insufficient space.
You can use your mouse and slide the small vertical line between them
to the right to give them more space and that will stop the yellow
highlights.

Tools | Options | Read
Uncheck "Show tool tips in the message list for clipped items.
