Problem Bullet Point - Layout or Design?

Hi,

I have a problem with unwanted bullet points appearing when I apply a new
design (no bullet points in the original design).

I 've designed one main template with text and content, and then several
other design templates that can be applied over the top of the original (to
provide differing titles etc.). Everything goes very well, apart from when
I apply the new design: the logos are applied, all text boxes are applied
but the main title in the middle of the slide, suddenly gets given bullet
points and becomes left-aligned!

FYI - I've put the title on the slide master of the second design template
(when I just place it as a normal text box as content, it doesn't appear at
all).

I've managed to record a macro to undo this problem but I'd much rather it
didn't do it in the first place. (Also I'd just like to understand what
it's up to!)

I think this may be the problem. If I understand your post/problem/what you're doing correctly, you need to create a title slide master as opposed to putting the title on the slide master.
