Problem about open Group Policy

Hello, All!

when i open Group Pilicy in Windows XP Pro (SP2), i got a error
message which says:

Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name: Group Pilicy
CLSID:{8FC0B734-A0E1-11D1-A7D3-0000F87571E3}
The snap-in is not created, it may not be installed property.
--------------------------------------------------------------

What should i do now?
