Private network behind corporate LAN?

I have a development network that I would like to be able to access
remotely through a VPN into my corporate LAN. My work machine is
multihomed and I have no trouble getting to my network shares on that
machine through VPN, but I would like to be able to access my
development network that is on a separate NIC and separate subnet.

I tried setting up a VPN server on my work machine and then connecting
to that once I had VPNed into the corporate LAN, but it didn't work. I
could remote desktop, but I would like to have mapped drives working
and be able to run applications locally. Any ideas?

It depends on the VPN client routing table. If the VPN client doesn't a
route pointing to the development network, you may need to add it in the VPN
server or add it to the VPN cleint manually. How to do that. We need more
information from you.

OK, I am using the Citrix Access Gateway to VPN into the corporate
network. I have no control or influence over this network or
connection. Once I'm in to the corporate network, I'm hoping to be
able to use XP's built-in VPN client/server. So I need to add a route
to my private network for my VPN client, server, or both?
