Printing Wordpage size A2 on Pagesize printer A4 without compressi

I have a Word document in which pagesize is defined at A2 (59,4x42cm). I want
to print this document on my printer which supports maximum A4 size
(29,7x21cm). As you see there are 2x2 A4 pages in 1 A2 page.

How do I print the A2 document on A4-size without compressing the text.

If you mean like a banner which will enable you to join the two pages later
to make one larger page, then Word cannot do this. You can either shrink it
to fit or reformat the document to A4 and reflow it over two pages.

Unless your printer has native support for "poster" printing, which will
allow you to tile a single page over multiple sheets.
