Printing problem with newly installed xp

Have just installed xp and reinstalled my printer
drivers. Every page will only print with margins Top 1",
Bottom 6", Left 1.25", Right 5.5" Header .5 and Foot .5.
Have tried resetting margins in Office and will say that
page is too large for printing and resets to these
margins. Have remove Office Profession 2000 and reloaded
but to no avail. Seems to be a "master" margin somewhere
but have no idea how to get to it to correct. Thanks for
any assistance.
