printing problem with Firefox in Windows XP - please help

Adam

Searching/googling came up blank so I'm posting here.
Hope this is the right newsgroup.

Operating System: Windows XP
Browser: Firefox version 3.6.17

Anyways, sometimes when printing,
I get lines (usually one line per page) where
either the top (or bottom) half of the problem line is cut off.
I definitely have printing problem with the following link ...
http://www.gxpandjvt.com/ivtnews/templates/templateblank.aspx?articleid=1446&zon
eid=18

Any constructive suggestions would be much appreciated.

No, it's not the right newsgroup. There are multiple Firefox support
groups on the web, easily found with Google... Among the list:

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages

My recollection is that Firefox has a problem with some pages anyway. A
shortcut is to copy the entire web page, paste it into your word
processor and print from there. Or you can use the service provided by
the PDF Download extension to convert the page to PDF and print that.

Thanks for the copy and paste into Word idea. I'll try that in the future.
Regarding printing to PDF, I have Adobe Acrobat 8,
which didn't help since the lines were cut off in the resulting PDF.
Not sure whether the PDF Download extension will make a difference.
Under the circumstances, I think I prefer your copy and paste into Word idea.

I'll have to find my login id and password in order to post to
the Mozilla newsgroups. Ick!! Why can't they make life simpler?

Don't worry too much about being in the right group - since your OS *is*
indeed XP - and this is the XP *General* newsgroup - then you have a
perfect right to post here.

Despite what others may say, the group's URL is meant to help users post to
where they are most likely to get some useful advice - it's not absolute
nor enforced by some internet "police" force! (despite some contributor's
believing they are members of it!!)
