Now that my database is up and running (sort of!), I now need to be able to
print off certain information - so as to insert paper copies of the database
into personnel files.
I have certain queries which are relevant and this is the information I
require.
Only a certain number of records are showing still in form view, having now
only been able to alter that property. As such the remaining info is stored
in table view, but I want to be able to see it in form view also.
The problem is that without it being in form view, I can only print off from
the table and then I have to copy and paste.
As it's only certain information that I require (queries), how can I print
these off?
I realise that this question may sound like I am a simpleton, but I have
never used access before creating this database - I have learnt the most from
this community though! So many thanks!
