Printing oddity

N

Nikilet

I just made a purchase online. When I selected to print the receipt, instead of printing a window popped up identifying this as an .xps document and asking where I wanted to save it. I tried twice, once from the printer icon on my toolbar and once from File/Print and same thing happened both times. I always print my receipts and have never had a problem before.I am sorry if I'm in the wrong dicussion group. I didn't really know where to do with this. Thanks.
