Printing my contact list

I need to print my contact list for a new person to be
able to enter into their Outlook.

I am printing it in 'business card' style.

Some of the email addresses print out, but some of the
email addresses are just the name...without the email
address. I have gone into view and tried everything I
know. help?

Back up: You want to print out your contact list so someone else can type it into Outlook. Stop! Choose File | Import and Export and export the contacts to a file. Give that file to the other person.
