Printing just a section of a web page

I don't want to print all the logos and graphics and
menus when I print a page from the web, I know you can
select a section and print it, but I'm not given the
option.

When I go to File/Print/Options tab, I am unable to
select anything under print frames. How can I enable
this, and if I do, will this allow me to print just a
section without all the graphics and ads?

Cheryl,

One method that you might like to try is to "highlight" the part of the text
that is of interest by either clicking on the beginning of it and
then -while holding the button- dragging down the text to the end of the
part of interest. Click print; when the dialog box appears, place a tick in
the "selection" box. The print will now only have that which you
highlighted.

Alternatively, click to the left of what you want to print, scroll down to
the end of what is of interest, and press and hold the shift key, then left
click again. Same deal with the dialog box for the printer; click
"selection.

The method you are trying to do is a little more involved, and I rarely use
that means of printing. If you employ that method you might try using print
preview to see what you are going to get.
