I have two W2k boxes that shutdown when the users attempt
to print from IE. Anyone else ever experienced this?

yes, although with mine it turned out to be loose network cable had
ended up giving a 169.x.x.x address and when user tried to print to
network printer the machine rebooted ... very odd
