Virtual Memory?

I have a few users here who access an outside website to do their work. They
also need to print documents from this site. We've been having an issue when
it comes to printing the documents from this site. The workstation will
freeze up and then we get an error in the print que and other documents will
back up in the que. It prints from the website to a network printer in our
office. Could the problem be resolved by increasing the virtual memory of
the workstations that are having the issue? Workstations are running W2k
with at least 512mb memory. Is it a resourse issue? Any suggestions?
