Printing Help you are my last hope!

Hello. I'm a Direct Sales Contractor for local Cable company.
For years they have been providing my reports on BlueBar (some call i
Green Bar). I'd never seen the stuff (im young don't have muc
experience in the buisness environment).
I run about 5000 pages a month in reports, if not more. This didn'
bother me because the Cable Company covered the cost of printing an
ink.
As of last week, they've changed the way they give me the reports.
Instead of getting this report on BlueBar they've given it to me o
Legal paper which is smaller. They've fit all the information on th
page, but it's so small it's almost impossible to read while I'm out i
the field trying to make money.
No one in that office admits to knowing how to format my report i
excel so it will fit on this Bluebar/greenbar.
They have said, if I could do it then they would print it on bluebar.
I've dug all over excel printing options and don't find anything tha
matches up.
the printer is a Printronix. Here is a link to a pic of that Bad boy.
It's a 5000 series I believe.

Is there any help for me? I don't know a thing about this stuff. I'
a salesmen. I just wanna Sell!! (play off of Dazed and Confused).
Anyway...hope to hear from someone soon

Hi

I think someone would have to be there and do some experimenting.
I would start by setting the print area of the report and then either

1. adjusting all row heights in the report print area higher equally a bit
at a time and printing on the bluebar paper until they are right.

or

2. In page setup, adjust the Scaling up from 100% a little at a time and
printing on the bluebar paper until they are right

Good Luck.

A long time ago, we used to print our mainframe reports on greenbar paper. It
was 11x14 (if I remember correctly).

Maybe the person who's going to print this for you can just change the paper
size and then print on that larger paper. (I have no idea what Printronix
printers can handle, though.)

But nowadays, we use pretty much standard HP printers--and they support 11x17
paper. Maybe you can ask if they can do that (too or instead)?
