Printing Contacts Lists in Memo Style

I am trying to print a contact list in memo style. Each time I print them a
Title (my wife's name) with a black line below it prints. How can I change
the name or remove it from printing at all?
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Bill - I figured it out. My Microsoft Internet Profile set up fax as
my Wifes email name.. don't know why, maybe because she and I share the
internet connection. To fix it I only had to go to Start, Control Panel,
Mail, E-mail Accounts, select Symantics Fax Starter Edition, press Change and
there it was, User Account information. I just changed it to my name. Had
to restart my computer for the changes to take effect. But it worked fine.
Only took me 2 days to fix it and several hours of fooling with it. I think
Microsoft should have a 'search item with this information in it. That would
have helped...
